Chloe Lanier was born on 3 November 1992, in a small town just outside of Dallas, Texas. Growing up in the Lone Star State, she developed a love for acting and performing at a young age.
Even as a child, Lanier showed a natural talent for storytelling and expressing herself creatively. She participated in school plays and local theater productions, honing her acting skills and building confidence on stage.
By her late teens, Lanier’s passion for acting had blossomed into a burning ambition. With dreams of making it on the big screen, she took a bold leap at 18 years old, packing her bags and moving to Los Angeles with just $200 in her pocket.
Rise to Fame
In 2015, Lanier appeared in two episodes of General Hospital as Young Patricia Spencer for the 52nd-anniversary storyline. General Hospital was organizing to cast another actress to play the role of Nelle Benson since Lanier was occupied with another TV show (Kingdom) around then.
But Laura Wright and Frank Valentini were resolute that if anyone should be playing Nelle it ought to be Lanier, so the storyline was required to be postponed for her. In 2016, she came back to General Hospital, however this time in a brand new contract role of Nelle Hayes.
On June 28, 2018, Daytime Confidential announced that Lanier decided chose not to restore her contract with General Hospital. Lanier repeated her General Hospital role briefly in October 2018. She will repeat the role of Nelle Benson the week of June 10, 2019, at General Hospital.
