In 2007, Waxman took the position as a professor of Law at Columbia Law School. Matthew serves as the Liviu Librescu Professor of Law and the faculty chair of the Roger Hertog Program on Law and National Security. Waxman appeared on the front page of the New York Times on August 28th, 2010.
