Most recently she was the host of World Cafe, which is distributed by NPR and produced by WXPN, the public radio service of the University of Pennsylvania. She joined World Cafe as a contributing producer in October 2016 and was named the new host of the program following David Dye’s retirement. She announced her departure from the program in June 2019 to return to other artistic projects. In September 2019, Raina Douris was announced as her successor.
