Tom Hanks an American was born Thomas Jeffrey Hanks on 9 July 1956, in Concord, California to an itinerant cook Amos Mefford and hospital worker Janet Marylyn. He was the third of the four children jane bore to Thomas before the couples divorced. He is now 63 years of age as of 29 July 2019.
