However, investigators said that it was unlikely that the victims were students at the school. Sisco was dismissed from her job immediately the school officials became aware of the investigation by police. Talia was accused alonside her best friend since high school, Tina Pourani.

On Thursday, June 14, 2018, Pourani and Talia Sisco were arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail for allegedly having sex with under-aged boys.
Sisco also faces multiple counts of oral copulation of Minor, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, multiple counts of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor, and Arranging a Meeting with a Minor to Commit a Sex Offense.
