MacNeille rose to fame for voicing Dot’s character in Animaniacs, Babs Bunny in Tiny Toon Adventures and many more. Her popularity also rose for voicing various characters in Futurama, The Simpsons and Rugrats. However, she began her career working in various jobs and doing numerous minor voice-overs before becoming a regular on a popular animated TV series.
Thus, Tress did radio spots and some Tv and sound-alikes before getting her big break. She also made several appearances in a popular animation music video called a Weird Al song by Ricky in 1983.
