Halls is a vastly recognized publicist. He began his career in Public Relations at one of the major Hollywood studios, Warner Bros. While here, he received enough contacts and experience to start his own PR firm.
Afterward, Simon moved to Russia where he served as the PR manager of Russia’s first McDonald’s. Later, he returned to the United States in the early 90s. During this time, he started working for ‘BWR Public Relations.
Most noteworthy, Halls became the star PR manager of the entire firm. Citing this, he decided to lay the foundation for ‘Huvane Baum Halls’ in the mid-90s. The company began in partnership with two others.
