After working at KNTV in San Jose, California, and KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh for some time, Sussman went to work as the chief meteorologist for KPIX in San Francisco from 1989 to 2000. She won numerous accolades while with KDKA and KPIX. After a stint at aKPIX, Sussman changed to conservative talk radio and hosted an evening talk show on KSFO before moving to the station’s morning drive show, which he hosted from 2010 to 2019.
