In 2008, Mabius made an appearance in the pro-Barack Obama music video by will.i.am titled “We Are the Ones” alongside Jessica Alba, Macy Gray, George Lopez, Ryan Phillippe, Kerry Washington, John Leguizamo, Tichina Arnold, Regina King, Tyrese Gibson, Adrianne Palicki, and Zoe Kravitz.

Inside Game

Mabius portrays Tim in the film Inside Game. In 2007, when NBA referee Tim Donaghy (Mabius) got caught betting on games he worked, he said two men associated with the Gambino crime family – a bookie named Baba Battista (Will Sasso) and a drug dealer named Tommy Martino (Scott Wolf) – threatened to kill his family if he didn’t give them gambling picks.
