He was honored with the 2011 Lone Star Award in Online Collaborative News Reporting, by the Houston Press Club for the FOXRAD Hurricane Briefing.
Previously, before joining KRIV-TV, FOX26 Weather Team, he worked as a producer for Family 45 television and also behind-the-scenes for FOX 26 News.
