Storm enters WCNC Charlotte from her station in Arkansas, where she’s been a meteorologist for three years. “My biggest goal as a meteorologist was to get as much experience as I can when it comes to different weather patterns across the country,” Storm said. It was in Arkansas where she learned how to track storms so she could help save people’s lives.
She’s enthusiastic about her next adventure in Charlotte. “I grew up on a dirt road,” Storm shared. “I’ve never lived in a city before. But I’m the type of person who can live anywhere. I embrace it. I love change. I love meeting new people. I love exploring. I haven’t heard any bad things about Charlotte. Everyone, whether they live here to only know about Charlotte, says, ‘Oh, you’re gonna love it so much.’ The city itself is gorgeous. I’ve never lived where there’s a beautiful skyline. I love how the city colors change all the time. That is so cool!”
