Mike Wolfe is an American businessman and antique collector who was born and brought up in Illinois, United States. However, he is best known as the creator and star of the TV show American Pickers, a reality television series that he hosts alongside Frank Fritz. They had their talent in collecting antiques and pursued it as a career opening two shops in Iowa and Nashville, Tennessee.
Wolfe was only six years old when he started picking, starting by pulling old bicycles of his neighbors’ trash, and later spent more than two decades in the profession before starring on American Pickers.
