GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. ALWAYS use keyword research tools. Let your keywords come from the research tools. Make sure you write on all the keywords available for that subject before submitting the article.
2. Check the article for plagiarism, duplicated sections, inaccuracies, gross misrepresentations, outright google policy violations, and any other material discrepancies
3. Always PROOFREAD your work before submitting to ascertain that it is free from spelling, grammar, punctuation, stylistic issues, and easily-verified factual errors.
4. Title: Have your most important keywords appear in the title. Titles should have a maximum of 10 words. Eg. Joseph Kimanzi Biography + Maximum of seven other most relevant keywords. No title should exceed ten words.
5. All articles must have at least one internal link.
6. All paragraphs should not exceed 5 sentences/lines.
7. Images: All articles should have an Image preferably a passport-like photo that is well optimized and placed at the beginning of Measurements and Facts section right aligned.
8. Videos: Use videos when it adds value to the article but not “just a video”. It is not compulsory to have a video.
9. All lists should be in either numbered or bullet list and not any other characters.
10. Avoid keyword stuffing in headings and titles. A keyword should not appear more than once in the same heading. There is no reason to have the same words or phrases appear multiple times. It is this kind of keyword stuffing that makes your headings look spammy to Google and to users.
11. Biography: We are re-introducing the Wiki If you get a search query like XYZ Wiki or XYZ Wikipedia, include wiki after bio, i.e XYZ Biography and Wiki
12. Headings: Embark on using exact match key phrases in your sub-headings, i.e instead of Parents, Siblings, NBC, CNN, Married, Wife, have it wholly like this, Xyz Parents, Xyz Siblings, Xyz NBC, Xyz CNN, Xyz Married, Xyz Wife.
13. Avoid leaving out Education, Job Titles and other keywords that were said to be on the first paragraph after BIOGRAPHY!. Write every keyword independently in an ORDERLY manner.
14. Salary and Net Worth: Make sure you have figures here! estimates and anything else comes after proper research. Have a well-defined Salary, Net Worth section that has every detail. If the details are not clear, combine the two phrases like this, Xyz Salary and Net Worth then come up with a rich paragraph or the one suggested in our format.
15. For external links make sure that the site you are linking to is very trustworthy, authoritative and will be there five years from now so that we avoid the cases of broken links.
