Holly appeared on the daytime game show The Price Is Right from 1977 to 1995 as one of the “Barker’s Beauties” models. Hallstrom showcased her versatile skills by appearing multiple times as a guest panelist on Match Game. During the early 1990s, she brought her charm to Family Feud, participating alongside her fellow The Price Is Right co-stars in friendly competitions, often facing off against the cast of The Young and the Restless.

On January 3, 1977, Hallstrom became the third model on The Price Is Right, taking over after Anitra Ford departed in the previous fall. Alongside Janice Pennington and Dian Parkinson, she served as a main model on all versions of the show from 1977 to the early 1990s.
