Million Dollar Listing

Flagg and two other real estate agents were picked in 2006 to star in the TV series, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, which aired on Bravo. The show continued being produced until Season 4 when Flagg was co-hosting the show with Josh Altman and Hilderbrand.

In 2013, Hildebrand left the show leaving Flagg as the only original cast member. For Season 7, Flagg and Altman were joined by James Harris and David Parnes. The show aired until its 10th season with Flagg, Harris, Hildebrand, and Parnes returning and Tracy Maltas joining its cast.

Flagg began working as a real estate agent when he was just 18 years old, he was making residential sales in high-end neighbourhoods.
