William Ray Engvall Jr. is an American comedian and actor born and raised in Galveston, Texas, U.S. Bill is best known for his work as a stand-up comic, his signature “Here’s Your Sign” bit, and as a member of the Blue Collar Comedy group. He has toured as a comedian both by himself and as a member of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, which included Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy, and Ron White.
