Early Life, Education, and Career Beginning

James went to Easingwold School in 1986 and after years of studies, he graduated in 1993. In 1994, he joined the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 1994. After completing his University studies he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Politics.

He began his journalism career at BBC Radio York as a Presenter on several radio shows all over England. He also worked as a Breakfast Show presenter in 2002 after which he joined 100.7 Heart FM.
