He is best known for his world-record-breaking swim around the entire coastline of Great Britain, as well as his various books, including The World’s Fittest Book, The Art of Resilience, and The World’s Fittest App. He is also well known for his exploits in the world of physical fitness, including his swim across the English Channel, and his incredible physical transformation over the years.

    Born on the 24th of October, 1987, in Grantham, Lincolnshire, England, Edgley began his career as a professional athlete in 2006, when he joined the Royal Marines Commandos. After completing his training, Edgley went on to become an elite athlete, competing in marathons, ultra-marathons, and triathlons.
