She started as an intern in 2001 and during her internship, she worked as an OB/GYN intern at the UCLA Health System in Los Angeles.

Then in July 2002, she evolved a resident at Harbor UCLA Medical Center, Torrence, California. She operated there for three years prior to moving to the Medical Group of Southern California. There she served as an OB/GYN until December 2011.
