Peter Marshall born Ralph Pierre LaCock is an American television and radio personality, singer, and actor from Huntington, West Virginia, U.S. He was at first the host of The Hollywood Squares from 1966 to 1981 and also has almost fifty television, movie, and Broadway credits. He derived his stage name from the college in his hometown (Marshall College, which became Marshall University in 1961).
