Francis was a three-time NBA All-Star while he used to play for the Houston Rockets. The Houston Rockets are an American professional basketball team based in Houston. The Rockets competed in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member team of the league’s Western Conference Southwest Division. Steve entered his name into the 1999 NBA Draft after his junior season and was selected as the second pick overall to the Vancouver Grizzlies; but was ultimately traded to the Houston Rockets, where he played from 1999 until 2004.
