Currently, Spitz is a Reporter for NBC3 who joined the Action News team in August 2003. She came to the US from WUTR, the ABC affiliate in Utica where she was an anchor and reporter. Prior to joining WUTR Lisa was also a general assignment reporter at NewsCenter 6 in Wappingers Falls, New York. She started her career as an associate producer at WNYT, the NBC affiliate in Albany.
