With the heart on, star Tricia Penrose disappeared almost completely from the public – moved to the country and set up a travel agency
You currently show reruns of the sympathetic British series Heartbeat (Heartbeat) all 18 seasons, which means as many as 372 cycles.
The series from 1992 to 2009 is one of Yle’s most wanted series ever. The series has been particularly popular in the Nordic countries, especially in Finland and Norway.
Set in the idyllic moors of Yorkshire, the drama series tells you about the village of Aidensfield in the 1960s and the police station of the nearby small town of Ashford. In addition to the work of the rural police, the series follows English everyday life in villages, pubs, farms and dusky spots.
The lovable characters of the village have brought nostalgia to the TV screen with a lot of money. The village’s Aidensfield Arms pub runs in the early stages of the series George Ward (
Stuart Golland ) until the place is taken over by her sister, young and sexy Liverpool bartender Georgina “Gina” Ward ( Tricia Penrose ).
In the second season of the series, Gina, who got lost to the village and soon became one of the favourites, will be delighted with the series of local constellation Philip “Phil” Bellamy ( Mark Jordon ).
Between the couple, there is an on-off relationship that becomes one of the series’s most-watched relationships.
However, there are plenty of bends on the way. Even once the couple who had been engaged before would even lose their children, and therefore the renewed bets will be disassembled again. Finally, the relationship culminates in a marriage of 15 years.
As a guide to the heart affairs tourists
Tricia Penrose, known as Gina, was able to take advantage of the popularity of the series after the end of her favourite series, as she has organized tour tours for a series of shooting locations to explore the area’s subjects.
The series was filmed in the idyllic village of Goathland in County North Yorkshire, England. It also features the first Harry Potter movie.
The small village has only 450 inhabitants and one school, post office and several pubs. The series Aidensfield Arms is actually the village hotel Goathland Hotel.
