Castiglione has been named lead sports anchor at WCVB-TV (Channel 5), this happened slightly more than four months after longtime anchor Mike Lynch who previously announced in May his plan to retire after 37 years working for WCVB, moving from daily anchoring to working part-time as a special sports correspondent in August 2019.
