Guns N’ Roses
Rose was always getting himself in trouble with the police and spent most of his time in jail on charges of public intoxication and battery. He turned a new leaf after the police threatened to charge him as a career criminal. Rose relocated to Los Angeles in 1982. Shortly after, he joined the band AXL.
Rose initially took odd jobs to support himself while playing in bands such as Rapid Fire, L.A. Guns, and Hollywood Rose. He eventually began Guns N’ Roses. the band consisted of Rose, lead guitarist Slash, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Duff McKagan, and drummer Steven Adler.
