Playing career

Matt LaFleur’s playing career spanned from 1998 to 2004. He started as a wide receiver at Western Michigan University in 1998 and 1999, then transferred to Saginaw Valley State in Division II and played quarterback from 2000 to 2002.

Matt led the Cardinals to the D-II playoffs each season and became their all-time leader in passing yards, completions and passing touchdowns.

He briefly played professionally in the National Indoor Football League with the Omaha Beef as the backup quarterback in 2003 and with the Billings Outlaws in 2004.

LaFleur then was hired in 2008 by the Houston Texans to serve as an offensive assistant. He assisted both wide receivers and quarterbacks during his two-year stint there and developed a close relationship with offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan.

On February 5, 2015, LaFleur returned to the NFL as the quarterbacks’ coach for the Atlanta Falcons working under offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, with whom he had previously worked while with the Washington Redskins and Houston Texans. Lang revealed that her youthful appearance has been spurred on with a little help from cosmetic surgery over the years.

“Sometimes I do a little filler, sometimes I do a little Botox. I do all those things but I try really to stay natural and not do it all the time,” she revealed to Now To Love.

Indeed the bombshell blonde has learnt that less is definitely more when it comes to her appearance.
“Sometimes the doctor does go overboard and I’m like ‘well I never want to do that again!’,” she said.
“At some point, you have to age gracefully, and you have to accept that. You can’t get rid of every line and wrinkle.”

Lang sticks to her beauty regime religiously but is always open to swapping out products to avoid falling into a skincare rut. She has spoken openly about using small amounts of filler and Botox over the years, but swears by a ‘less is more approach and prefers a natural regime over cosmetic surgery.

‘I love creams so I apply whatever creams I love and am using at the time right after my shower,’ she said. ‘I do like to switch them up because the face gets used to a certain product or a certain line and then it’s not as effective so you want to switch up regularly by using different kinds of creams.

‘I use Lancôme at the moment and that’s a brand I always go back to as I love it. I also try to use things that are more healthy and organic. We have a store in America called Wholefoods – it has all the organic products and foods and things like that – so I tend to use things from there too.’

For makeup, Katherine swears by a dark brown eye pencil, mascara, blush as well as a shimmer, followed by a natural lip for her everyday look.

‘I find the more you take care of your skin the better so you want to be really hydrated and definitely not use makeup that is drying,’ Katherine said. ‘I prefer more dewy makeup so Makeup Forever is really good on my skin and Laura Mercier is great, too.’
