Even though he is yet to have a wife since he has never been married, Darren Till has a daughter with his girlfriend who gave birth after he moved to Brazil. Four months after moving to the South American country, he met his girlfriend and together they went on to have a daughter. Wanting to do something different for her birthday, the UFC star decided to have a tattoo of her face on his left arm. According to the martial artist, his girlfriend is next to none other in the world hence he believes that whenever he fights, she also fights with him and whenever he gets beaten she also takes some of the pains.
A lot still remains unknown about his girlfriend and daughter, but from what we have seen and heard him say about them, they are very much at the epicenter of his life just like his fighting career.

Till was born in Liverpool, England. He began training in Muay Thai at the age of 12 and turned professional at the age of 15. He made the decision to train in MMA under Team Kaobon at the age of 17. He was involved in a fight at a party in August 2012 and was stabbed twice in the back, after confronting a large group of men. It was a near death experience as the knife cut deep into his body, missing his main artery by a millimeter. After the incident, his then-coach Colin Heron advised him to go to Brazil to train with Kaobon’s previous Luta Livre coach Marcelo Brigadiero, as living in Liverpool caused too much distraction in his life. Team Kaobon rallied round and raised the funds and packed him off. He moved to Brazil to pursue his MMA career and to teach Muay Thai. Till’s initial plan was to stay in Brazil for just six months, although Heron’s thinking was much different as he intended on having Till stay in Brazil for as long as possible, in order to keep him away from Liverpool’s distractions. He ended up staying for three and a half years.
Darren Till Personal life
He has a tattoo on his left arm of the mother of his child for a birthday gift. He also has a tattoo on the right side of his neck with the name of his sister Caitlin.
Till was once involved in a stabbing incident that left him with two scars on his back. According to the 26-year-old Muay Thai stylist, he fought “multiple bouncers and patrons” at a club during a party in August 2012. Sensing that life in Liverpool, England, was detrimental to his development, Till’s coach advised him to move to Brazil to continue his training. He wound up staying in the South American country for three and a half years despite initial plans for a six-month stay. He is fluent in Portuguese.
He endorsed right-wing Brazilian politician Jair Bolsonaro in the 2018 Brazilian presidential election. In November 2018, Till became a father to a daughter for the second time.

Ben Askren to ‘reevaluate’ next matchup after Darren Till loss, would still ‘love to fight’ Jorge Masvidal
Ben Askren traveled to UFC London with hopes of fighting the winner of the main event between Darren Till and Jorge Masvidal.
In the lead-up to the card, he made it clear that he expected Till to be that winner. The two welterweights even planted the seeds for a matchup with an amusing exchange at Friday’s fan Q&A. Ultimately though, Masvidal was more than happy to throw a monkey wrench into Askren’s plans, as “Gamebred” scored a scintillating second-round knockout of Till on Saturday night in the headlining bout of UFC London, then called for a title shot against UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.
But even though his potential dance date with Till was canceled, Askren wasn’t changing his tune. He still wants a fight with Masvidal next — and he scoffed at Masvidal’s title plans.
“I would love to fight [Masvidal], but as I said, you heard that post-fight speech, I think he’s trying to find reasons not to fight me,” Askren said Saturday on the UFC London post-fight show. “He’s talking about the fight for the belt — prior to this fight, he had two losses in a row. You don’t go from losing two [in a row] to winning one and then all of a sudden you have a belt when there are all these guys in front of you. It just doesn’t work that way.”

2015
Darren faced Brazilian Wendell de Oliveira Marques in his UFC debut on nine days notice at UFC Fight Night 67 on 30 May 2015. Oliveira managed to control most of round one by pinning Till to the fence, kneeing him in the abdomen and the upper inner thighs. In round two, he successfully completed an early shot and took Oliveira down, ending up on top where he rained down elbows. He knocked out Oliveira and secured his first UFC win.
Darren next faced Nicolas Dalby on 24 October 2015 at UFC Fight Night 76. After a back and forth fight, the bout was scored a majority draw. Both participants were awarded the Fight of the Night bonus.
2017
After a significant shoulder injury and various personal issues kept him out of action for an extended period of time, Till returned to face Jessin Ayari on 28 May 2017 at UFC Fight Night 109. He missed the non-title Welterweight limit of 171 pounds by 5 pounds and had to give 20 percent of his fight earnings to his opponent. He explained that he had missed weight due to his long lay off from competition and that his body had not responded as well to the weight cutting process as it had in the past. Despite this difficult road to the fight, Till outpointed Ayari on the scorecards to win a unanimous decision (30–27, 30–27 and 29–27).
On 1 August 2017, Till announced that he had signed a new, five-fight deal with the UFC.
He faced Bojan Veličković on 2 September 2017 at UFC Fight Night 115. Till extended his undefeated streak via unanimous decision.
Darren faced Donald Cerrone on 21 October 2017 at UFC Fight Night 118. He won the fight via TKO in the first round. This dominant win earned him the Performance of the Night bonus award.
2018
He faced former UFC Welterweight title challenger Stephen Thompson at UFC Fight Night 130 on 27 May 2018. At the weigh-ins, Till weighed in at 174.5 pounds, 3.5 pounds over the Welterweight non-title fight limit of 171. After negotiating with Thompson’s team, the bout proceeded at a catchweight with the stipulation that Till could not weigh more than 188 pounds on the day of the fight. He also forfeited 30 percent of his purse to Thompson. Till won the close fight via unanimous decision. He outstruck Thompson 38 to 30 in terms of significant strikes and scored the only knockdown of the fight in the fifth round. Despite this, however, 22 of 25 media outlets scored the bout in favor of Thompson.
He faced Tyron Woodley on 8 September 2018 at UFC 228, challenging him for the UFC Welterweight championship. He lost the fight via D’Arce choke in the second round.
2019
Despite talks of a potential move up to Middleweight, Till stayed at Welterweight and faced Jorge Masvidal on 16 March 2019 at UFC Fight Night 147 in London, England. Till lost the fight by knockout in the second round. Both participants were awarded a Fight of the Night bonus award.

UFC London: Jorge Masvidal knocks Darren Till out cold to seal stunning KO victory
Adopted: https://www.standard.co.uk/
Pushlished:17 March 2019
Jorge Masvidal has secured a huge knockout victory over Darren Till at UFC London.
Till fighting for the first time since a career-first defeat to Tyron Woodley last September, dropped his veteran opponent with a thunderous right early in the opening round.
But Masvidal responded superbly in the second, knocking the Liverpudlian out cold with a vicious left that stunned the O2 Arena.
Medical staff immediately attended to the 26-year-old who was left unconscious as a result of the shot.
He was able to walk out of the octagon but his hopes of securing a welterweight title rematch against Woodley have suffered a major setback.
For Masvidal, however, he has a victory that will surely thrust him back into the world title picture after sending a brutal message to the rest of the division.
On the chief support to the main event, Leon Edwards secured a split decision victory over Gunnar Nelson in another thrilling welterweight clash. The Birmingham fighter survived a late charge from Nelson has done enough to secure victory on the judges’ cards.
In the build-up to fight week, Edwards had called to face the winner of Till vs Masvidal with a clash against the Florida fighter now a compelling option. Earlier on the card, Nathaniel Wood racked up his third UFC victory with a submission victory over José Alberto Quiñónez.
The Londoner, fighting back home after wins in New York and Las Vegas in 2018, fed off the hometown crowd, dominating his Mexican opponent from the off before locking in a rear-naked chokehold that forced the tap.
Elsewhere, Marc Diakiese got the win that has breathed life into his UFC prospects, sealing a decision victory over Ireland’s Joe Duffy.
Diakiese had suffered three straight defeats that had left his future in doubt but picked up a priceless win on the London show Masvidal and Edwards brawl backstage
Jorge Masvidal threw a flurry of punches at Leon Edwards just minutes after his stunning victory over Darren Till at UFC London.
Masvidal knocked Till out cold with a brutal left at the O2 Arena to secure a win that surely thrusts him back into the welterweight world title picture.
The 34-year-old was giving an interview with ESPN backstage when Edwards approached off-camera.
Masvidal walked over to confront him, seemingly calm, but after exchanging words began launching blows at the Birmingham fighter.
Security intervened to break the two up.
Post-fight press conferences with Masvidal, Edwards, and Till were not held, with the latter taken to hospital following his chilling KO.
Edwards beat Gunnar Nelson in the chief undercard fight, challenging the winner of Till vs Masvidal in his in-ring interview following a split decision victory.
A bout against champion Tyron Woodley is also in his crosshairs after the 17th win of his professional career. There will be no post-fight press conferences with Jorge Masvidal, Darren Till or Darren Edwards, UFC officials have confirmed.
The latter has been taken to hospital but the other two won’t be speaking for a very different reason. That was truly a chilling knockout out from Masvidal – medical staff was almost in the octagon to attend to Till before the Liverpudlian had even hit the mat.
It’s a huge win that thrusts the 34-year-old right back into the title picture.
And for Till? His hopes of a rematch with Tyron Woodley have certainly been shelved. Masvidal has a message for Dana White: ‘Give me that title shot.’
Somewhere, Tyron Woodley is watching and is sure as blown away as we all are here.WOW. That was isn’t in the script. Jorge Masvidal has secured the knockout of his career here. Darren Till was out cold as he hit the mat there following that stunning left. After shaking off an accidental low blow – something Masvidal was very apologetic over, Till responds with a thunderous right that sends his opponent to the mat!
Masvidal scrambles as Till looks to ground and pound but manages to scamper away. He continues to eat solid shots from Till throughout the round – every one of them greeted to a huge cheer by this incredible crowd. Darren Till, of course, opts for ‘Sweet Caroline’. The 02 approves. Jorge Masvidal makes his way down to the octagon to the Scarface theme. Nice.
