Wallace was born in Orange County, United States. She is an alumnus of the University of Denver, where she studied Environmental Science from 2004 to 2006. Her activities there include DU cheerleader in the Alpine Club. Also, Wallace attended North Carolina State University from 2007-2010, a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology. While at college, she was a Meteorology Intern at WGHP Fox 8.
