Ealy came to prominence after appearing in the 2002 comedy film ”Barbershop” where he played as reformed street thug Ricky Nash alongside former N.W.A’s crew member Ice Cube, the Black-ish star Anderson Anderson, Keith David. He also reprised his character on its sequel in 2004 Barbershop 2: Back in Business.
